Data Deletion Instructions
Effective July 12, 2026
ShelfPilot is operated by Innobio Solutions LLC (“ShelfPilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This page explains how to delete the data associated with your ShelfPilot account, including data obtained from the platforms you connect, such as Meta, Shopify, Amazon Selling Partner, Google Analytics 4, and Klaviyo.
1. Disconnect a connected platform
You can revoke ShelfPilot’s access to any connected platform at any time from within the ShelfPilot app by disconnecting that platform. When you disconnect, ShelfPilot stops using the connection and removes the associated connector credentials from active use. Synced data is deleted immediately or through scheduled deletion processes, subject to applicable platform requirements, legal obligations, and limited backup retention.
You may also revoke ShelfPilot’s access directly through the connected platform’s own settings. For Meta, open your Facebook or Meta account settings, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), locate ShelfPilot, and remove it.
2. Request deletion of your data
To request deletion of the data associated with your ShelfPilot account, email privacy@shelfpilot.io and identify the ShelfPilot account or email address associated with the request.
For a Meta-specific request, use the subject line “Meta Data Deletion.” For all other requests, use the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request and your authority over the relevant ShelfPilot account or connected business account.
3. Delete your entire ShelfPilot account
To delete your entire ShelfPilot account and all associated data, email privacy@shelfpilot.iowith the subject line “Delete My Account.” When you delete your account or submit a verified deletion request, we delete or de-identify applicable account and Service data unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information.
4. What happens after a deletion request
We verify and process deletion requests as required by applicable law and the relevant platform’s terms. Deleted information may remain for a limited period in encrypted or access-controlled backups, disaster-recovery systems, and rotating security logs, and is not restored except for legitimate recovery, security, or legal purposes. Platform-specific retention limits, including Shopify, Amazon, and Meta requirements, override our general retention period where they apply.
